"The first-floor apartment has an entrance that leads straight into the courtyard. This has a downside, as it brings noise from people passing by, talking, and cleaning. It also makes the apartment quite dusty. The shower has good water pressure, but the bathroom sink is incredibly small, making it only suitable for washing hands. There’s also a lack of storage space or shelves in the bathroom. There are two cupboards/wardrobes in the apartment, one of which also stores cleaning materials and smells like bold. Additionally, the coffee machine leaks water when used."

"As it’s the bottom floor it doesn't have any opening windows and you can’t sleep with the door open so would benefit from air con as it was a little hard to sleep with the temperature some nights, as there was a fan but if it was in the summer I can imagine it would’ve been a lot worse."

"Our stay in the luxury studio in “Les Invalides” was wonderful in many ways. The location was simply unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions, as well as a variety of boulangeries, convenience stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood itself was both charming and safe, offering a quintessential Parisian experience. The building and apartment were well-maintained, and while the studio was slightly small, it felt quite typical for Parisian standards. The kitchen, though modest, was sufficient for preparing meals during our visit and was equipped with the basics—pans, silverware, and glasses. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was overall clean, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of exploring."

Customer Service: Upon arrival, we experienced difficulty with the instructions for retrieving the keys from the security box. When we called the property management for assistance, the response we received was less than welcoming, with the staff questioning whether we had followed the instructions correctly. While this may reflect a cultural difference, it fell short of the professionalism expected from a service provider. 2. Amenities: For a two-week stay, the apartment lacked some basic supplies. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and the shampoo provided appeared to be diluted with water. Additionally, there were no drying towels, napkins, or cooking oil available, which made it challenging to fully utilize the kitchen. 3. Cleanliness: While the apartment was generally clean, the bed sheets had stains, requiring us to wash them before use—a disappointing detail given the studio’s luxury designation."
